Rebecca Juel (Bec)

Bec is a certified practicing speech pathologist who graduated from the University of Queensland in 2014.
Bec has worked in a range of sectors, and she has a passion for working with adults and children who would benefit from Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Bec enjoys supporting participants to access AAC through direct and alternative access including partner-assisted communication, switching and eye gaze. Bec loves working closely with the team around the communicator to find the best AAC solutions - both high tech and low tech. Bec’s ongoing professional development is focused on complex communication, AAC and literacy for participants with complex needs.
